Our guarantee

Guest satisfaction is our highest priority at Groove Jet Salon Co. and that is why we guarantee each and every service. If you feel that you did not receive the service you requested please contact the salon within 2 weeks of service and we will be more than happy to redo your service complimentary.  All sales on services or retail items are final.


To ensure you receive your choice of appointment day/time, we recommend you reserve your next appointments while finalizing your service.  If you are a mega planner we can also reserve your appointments for the entire year... Just ask!


Please arrive 10 minutes before for your appointment. This will allow you time to check-in, relax and enjoy a beverage or the latest fashion, travel, news in our magazines. 


Late Arrival

To ensure the promptness of all appointments, we may need to reschedule any appointment that is 10 minutes or later to another convenient time.


We appreciate at least 48 hours of cancellation to allow the opportunity to accommodate other guests.  Cancellations made within 12 hours of service will be invoiced 100% of scheduled service and must pay before reserving another appointment.  


If we are not made aware of the need to cancel the reserved appointment this will be flagged as a No-Show.  No-Shows will be invoiced 100% of scheduled service and must pay before reserving another appointment.   


Parking is available on the streets and in the nearby parking decks. If you use a meter, please be sure to note what time you may need to replenish your meter.  To avoid parking issues we suggest parking on Orange Street at a meter using the Pay by Phone App or Front Street between Ann and Nun for free parking.


We love children. However, we strive to create a calm sanctuary for our guests to escape during their time with us.  We ask that parents with children leave them at home to respect this environment as to not disturb our guests' experience. We appreciate your understanding.
