Groove Jet Studio offers a simplified approach to education for hairdressers.  Groove Jet Studio was founded on the belief that we as hairdressers are gifted with divine talents. The Groove Jet Studio Team are intentional creatives always seeking out the essence of a person and pouring into the next generation.   We honor our craft by honing in on sound techniques passed down by generations of hairdressers. We seek to not teach conventional hairstyling workshops. Whether it's through in-salon experiences, retreats, or through online learning, our workshops are aimed at breaking hairdresser's out of their routines and comfort zones.  By letting go of the boundaries behind the chair, we are able to lay down our egos, and focus on intentional guest relationships, getting back in touch with our true purpose behind the chair.  This launches a profound approach to a hairdresser's work where we seek the unseen, focus on high touch experiences, and bring to light a true person's identity through our works.

We have chosen to share a portion of our profits with special organizations aiding women to gain freedom from abusive situations and human trafficking through learning the craft of hairdressing.  We believe hairdressing is a skill set that can never be taken away from a woman.  In nations were women do not have the opportunity to attend schooling or work as men do, they are able to become a hairdresser. Hairdressing creates an opportunity to make an income supporting their families and community.  Women are able to take their craft with them if they ever need to move on to a different village or city.  Hairdressing unlocks freedom to a beautiful fulfilling destination. We choose to partner with organizations to help future hairdressers in rescued communities harness their divine gifts, equip them with the tools necessary to carry on the hairdressing legacy.
